DEPOSIT
A deposit in the amount of $75 is needed to reserve the cabin. Holiday rental deposit will be 1/2 of total balance when booking on or around holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The balance plus 7% tax is due upon arrival. Minimum 2 nights reservation.
We accept VISA/Master Card for deposit. Balance may be paid with VISA/Master Card, money order, cashier's check or cash.

PET FRIENDLY
With a non-refundable $50.00 fee.

NOTICE
-Call for weekly rental rates.
-Check out time 11:00 a.m.
-Each cabin must be left in the condition it was prior to your arrival. If not left in satisfactory condition a cleaning fee will be applied to your bill.
-NO ATVS allowed.
-Only 2-3 day guests per cabin.
-NO house parties allowed.
-Management reserves the right to decline rental to any person or persons.
